This bath salt blend is perfect for aching joints muscles and pains. The cooling properties of peppermint essential oil combined with the anti-inflammatory properties of white willow bark will take your bath to the next level of comfort and relief. Sage is great for relieving muscle tightness (perfect for post-workout!). Arnica has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties that aid in the fight against swelling, aches and pains, and protect against infections. Skin will feel smooth, soft and rejuvenated after a 20-minute soak.
Our small batch, handcrafted bath salts draw out impurities, toxins, oil, dirt and sweat from the skin as well as increasing blood circulation. They aid in the healing of dry skin, making skin soft and supple while helping relax the body and sore muscles.
Ingredients: Dead Sea Salt, Epsom Salt, Sage, Arnica Infused Olive Oil, White Willow Bark, and EO Blend.
BATH Directions
1. Bring Bath Water to Hot/Warm Temperature.
2. While bath is filling up add ¼ cup - ½ cup of bath salts to Tub.
3. Once bath water is at desired level enter bathtub and soak for 20 minutes.
FOOT BATH Directions
1. Add Hot/Warm Water to Foot Bath.
2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of bath salts to Foot bath container.
3. Soak for 20 minutes.
