Rodney does not believe in mass production and automated equipment to make his high-quality custom-made felt hats. In fact, he makes one hat at a time, and most of his equipment dates back over 100 years. We have clients from around the world who consign Rodney to make hats for them. Most clients become lifelong customers returning for a second or third hat. Cowboy hats are our most popular, but Rodney makes many styles of hats to fit each client’s individual style.
