The idea for Pool Netr started as a dream. Steve and Kerri Goltare, longtime pool owners and entrepreneurs in the Plastic injection molding business for over 25 years, have always wondered why their pool nets never lasted. Frames would break, nylon netting would frequently tear, and each season they would have to replace these inexpensive nets, sometimes more than once a season. Steve kept thinking about building a better swimming pool net, a quality, American-made skimmer — and it was a dream he couldn’t ignore. Over and over he tested designs and ideas until he arrived at what we have today: four distinct lines Pool Netr, Spa Netr, Leaf Netr, and Leaf Netr Pro Series under one brand – Pool Netr™.  

Pool Netr was added to the mix in 2014 due to frustration over the need to purchase and replace multiple pool skimmers per season. Steve decided to make a skimmer that would hold up to the test of time.  A variety of colors in durable UV-resistant resin makes this the best skimmer yet!
