Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts began in 2011 with a German nut roaster resting on milk crates in a home kitchen where unique recipes were developed. The love of cooking and especially eating boldly flavored, simple food inspired the characteristics of the roasted nuts. With regional flavors ranging from Latin spicy to Asian sweet and sour and American savory to European sweet, there is a roast for everyone!

Watkins Farm Foods is a true "mom & pop" operation!  After years of successfully selling jams and dried fruits at local farmers' markets, we acquired Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts in 2019. Almond Blossom fit perfectly into our small, family-owned, small-batch, handmade business model, allowing us to diversify our product line.

Small batch nut roasting sets us apart from "the big guys." The richness of flavor says it all.

Now, in our 14th year of business, we've grown from a tiny commercial kitchen to a nut roastery and retail store located in Cashmere, Washington, along with a thriving online and wholesale business.

We are grateful for our continued success and happy for the opportunity to serve our customer base. We get MANY compliments about the quality of our products. Our customers are the BEST, and it's because of them that we exist!
