Sweet & Spicy Pepper Jellies and Gourmet Jams & Jellies
What began as a bumper crop of Jalapeno Peppers has turned into a business that I rely on for my livelihood. I produce over 40 flavors, ranging from Non-Spicy Gelee Products to Medium Jalapeno Sweet Heat Products, including my Hot Habanero Flavors. I grow all the peppers that go into my products, as well as some of the other produce for my non-spicy flavors. I employ a few part-time workers who assist in harvesting and producing my product.
