Norris Thermal is a manufacturer of batch dryers, which developed into consumer grills in 2020 and commercial-grade smokers in 2013.

We are a small family-owned business based out of Tippecanoe, Indiana, and have been in business since 1965. We sell worldwide products focusing on the Tribal Fire Grill and are a company of 13 people. The founder, Lee Norris, was a Korean War Veteran who started the business from scratch. Lee passed away in 2019, and the family business was passed down to his son, Aaron Norris. Aaron Norris has been delivering phenomenal products and excellent service for 40 years, inventing the Tribal. The Tribal Fire Grill is a circular grill with self-cleaning capabilities, and we offer a wide variety of accessories that can be used in any aspect of the grill.
