FreeStyle Libre 3, Libre 3 Plus & Libre Duo Clear CGM Overpatch – 2.5"

Compatible with FreeStyle Libre 3, FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus and FreeStyle Libre Duo, this clear Freedom Overpatch™ provides transparent supplemental adhesive coverage over and around the compatible sensor during everyday and active wear.

The 2.5-inch clear film uses a no-hole design with a non-stick center, allowing the patch to cover the sensor area without intentionally adhering to the top of the compatible sensor. Also commonly described as a CGM adhesive patch, sensor patch, adhesive sensor patch, overlay patch or protective patch, it reinforces the existing sensor adhesive from above.

No-Hole Design With Non-Stick Center

The continuous clear-film design covers the compatible sensor area while the non-stick center is designed to avoid bonding the film directly to the top of the sensor. The surrounding adhesive provides supplemental coverage around the original sensor adhesive.

Clear, Low-Profile CGM Adhesive Coverage

The transparent material keeps the sensor area visible while providing an alternative to opaque fabric overpatches. Its low-profile construction is designed for everyday CGM wear.

Overpatch vs. Underpatch

This clear Overpatch is worn over and around the existing compatible sensor adhesive. A Freedom Underpatch™ serves a different purpose and sits beneath compatible sensor adhesive as a physical skin barrier.

Clear Overpatch Application Instructions

Clear film overpatches use their own application method. Follow the dedicated instructions for skin preparation, positioning the no-hole patch, backing removal, smoothing the film and wear guidance.
