Compatible with FreeStyle Libre 3, FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus and FreeStyle Libre Duo, this 2.5-inch clear Freedom Overpatch™ provides transparent supplemental adhesive coverage around the compatible sensor during everyday and active wear.

The clear waterproof film creates a low-profile CGM adhesive overpatch while keeping the sensor and surrounding skin visible. Also commonly described as a sensor patch, adhesive sensor patch, overlay patch or protective patch, it reinforces the existing sensor adhesive from above.

The center opening leaves the top of the compatible sensor uncovered while the surrounding clear adhesive provides supplemental coverage around the original sensor adhesive.

Overpatch vs. Underpatch

This clear Overpatch is worn over and around the existing compatible sensor adhesive. A Freedom Underpatch™ serves a different purpose and sits beneath compatible sensor adhesive as a physical skin barrier.

Clear Overpatch Application Instructions

Clear film overpatches use their own application method. Follow the dedicated instructions for skin preparation, positioning the center-cut patch, backing removal, smoothing the film and wear guidance.
