Grow a hardy and flavorful herb with our Winter Savory seeds. This classic perennial is prized for its intense, peppery flavor that is stronger and more pungent than its annual cousin, Summer Savory. It is an excellent culinary herb, traditionally used to flavor beans, lentils, and roasted meats. Winter Savory forms a small, woody, evergreen shrub that is very drought-tolerant, making it a perfect, low-maintenance addition to any herb garden, border, or rock garden.
