We seem to be experiencing a new phenomenon that defies the fundamental law of physics. Isaac Newton said that what goes up must come down. This is easy to prove. Throw a ball up in the air—what happens?

But apparently, this law does not apply to moving laterally from left to right. You can keep rolling a ball one way, and it never has to return or change direction. This seems to be how lawfare works. It is only applied to right-leaning victims, never to the left. Perhaps this is a result of one of those late-night executive orders President Joe Biden signed?

What is Lawfare?

Merriam-Webster (America’s most trusted dictionary) did not have a listing for the word “lawfare.” That doesn’t mean it’s not real—Wikipedia has a whole page devoted to this term. Here’s its definition:

Lawfare is the use of legal systems and institutions to damage or delegitimize an opponent or to deter an individual's usage of their legal rights. The term may refer to the use of legal systems and principles against an enemy, such as by damaging or delegitimizing them, wasting their time and money (e.g., strategic lawsuits against public participation), or winning a public relations victory.

Alternatively, it may describe a tactic used by repressive regimes to label and discourage civil society or individuals from claiming their legal rights via national or international legal systems. This is especially common in situations where individuals and civil society use nonviolent methods to highlight or oppose discrimination, corruption, a lack of democracy, limiting freedom of speech, violations of human rights and violations of international humanitarian law.

This sounds like a blueprint for the Biden administration’s entire 2024 campaign strategy! They literally have nothing else to consider, as their political record is dismal at best, and they have nothing to stand for to excite their base other than “Crush Trump.” Yes—lawfare is their only hope, and they are cranking it up as we get closer to the election. And it only goes in one direction.

Case in Point: The Trump Trials

Unless you’re a cloistered nun, chances are you’ve heard about the Trump trials…a lot. These ridiculous theatrical takedown attempts of our 45th President, Donald J. Trump, are actually the most visible unleashing of lawfare to date. And we all know how the first three trials ended:

E. Jean Carroll v. Donald J. Trump

• In the first trial (Carroll I), a jury found Trump liable for defamation and awarded Carroll $83.3 million in damages.
• In the second trial (Carroll II), a jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation, and awarded Carroll $5 million in damages.

New York Business Fraud Lawsuit and Hush-Money Trial

• Trump and his companies have been found liable for financial fraud in a New York court.
• Trump was found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records in connection with a hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels.

Aside from the legal implications of these trials, the character annihilation, including emotional and economic damages, is absolutely brutal, not to mention the toll it’s taking on Trump’s ability to campaign for the 2024 election. Of course, Trump is Trump, and he is strong, brilliant, and resilient. Perhaps that’s what they hate about him and why they are trying to destroy him. However, Trump knows how to make lemonade out of lemons, and the lawfare tactics are beginning to backfire on the merciless Marxists. Who else could turn “convicted felon” into a title that enhances his clout and is giving him street cred to attract new voters and fans? (By the way, the hip-hop community and rappers are now endorsing Trump in record numbers! Who saw this coming?)

Latest Lawfare Play – Get Steve Bannon

Although Trump is their main target, they hope to take down as many important members of his orbit as possible. That includes possibly his most prolific campaign strategist, Steve Bannon. We recently learned that Steve Bannon is heading to jail on July 1—just weeks before the Republican National Conference. What was his crime? He ignored a Congressional subpoena. You know, just like Hunter Biden did. And Merrick Garland just recently told reporters that he doesn’t have to respond to Congressional subpoenas he decides are not legitimate. Well, since the Congressional subpoena Bannon received was from the bogus J6 Committee, it is likely he perceived that subpoena as illegitimate, too. But see how this works? Lawfare only goes in one direction. Why is that?

Well, one reason is that our Republicans in office aren’t doing all that much to put an end to this. Rep. Margorie Taylor Greene calls out her own party:

Ouch! You go, girl! So, I guess “strongly worded letters” are our only defense? According to Rep. Thomas Massie, there is another option.

Vote of Congress?

Congressman Thomas Massie is suggesting a solution to stop the imprisonment of Steve Bannon through a house resolution that will rescind the subpoena and disavow the J6 Committee. It's up to Speaker Mike Johnson.

Massie stated, "Why don’t we rescind the Congressional subpoena for Steve Bannon and officially repudiate the J6 committee by a vote of Congress?"

This has started a firestorm on X, with many posting that the fake J6 Committee is not even an official committee, and that Speaker Johnson has a real opportunity to do the right thing and show he is on the same team. People are also posting that this could open the door for the release of Peter Navarro and the J6 prisoners who are currently rotting in a DC jail just because they used their First Amendment of free speech and protested—you know, like the BLM protestors, Antifa, and now the Hamas cheerleaders who are literally breaking laws left and right without ever going to jail (and for the few who might have made it to the county jailhouse, they were quickly bailed out by VP Kamala Harris and other political lefties). Again—more clear examples of how lawfare only goes in one direction.

Tip of the Iceberg 

Ever since President Trump famously came down that escalator in 2016, the lawfare weaponization strategy was set. You could argue that it goes back much further—perhaps the assassination of JFK and other events post-World War II; however, in its current phase, that was the trigger. Remember the whole Russian Collusion fairytale that echoed throughout the mainstream media? And then later, the complete nonsensical claim that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation? Remember? President Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken crafted a letter that stated 51 Intel agents signed off that the laptop was fake. And even though it has now been proven to be true (duh! We ALL knew that from the minute Australian columnist and writer Miranda Divine’s story hit the airwaves), there has not been one ounce of accountability on behalf of all these liars caught red-handed.

There has been lie upon lie upon lie and felonious allegations stacked up to the clouds without any charges being applied to these literal criminals. And yet, the leftists NEVER have to pay for their crimes. And Steve Bannon disregards one Congressional subpoena, and he is going to jail?! This is lawfare at its finest. There are so many other cases that illustrate this phenomenon, but this article would become a 600-page history book if we listed them all. What Can Patriots Do?

The tide will not turn until we get the Democrats out of office—period! We HAVE to use our votes and our resources to support the candidates who truly represent us. We must do our research and look up potential candidates’ voting records and not just listen to their propaganda. Dig in and find out who sides with Democrats on certain issues. We were surprised to learn that Congresswoman Nancy Mace was one of the Republicans who voted to hold Steve Bannon in contempt, which led to his prison sentence. Now, Mace has done a lot of good things for Republicans, but just be aware of how these people voted on important issues. And lastly, do NOT fund any businesses or organizations that perpetuate the Marxist agenda. We just found out Kohl’s Department Stores has backed out of sponsoring the Republican National Convention. It’s time to let these woke dinosaurs die in darkness!
