Harris / Walz – Weird and Weirder

By now, just about every American (including the ones under the influence of the hypnotic woke media) has heard the cry of “weirdness“ that the Left has attached to the Republican V.P. Candidate, J.D. Vance. That’s right—they’re really leveling up their creative vernacular these days. You have to wonder which DNC Communications intern came up with that doozy of a descriptor for the opposing team. Let’s be real—any 13-year-old boy could’ve come up with a better character assassination word from their steady diet of SouthPark and Beavis and Butthead episodes—but weird?? Well, that’s just weird!

The Left No Longer “Owns” Comedy Culture

At this point, it’s clear that the Left has truly lost their collective minds and their creative talent has all but dried up. Just look at their late-night comedy shows’ popularity (or lack thereof)! Fox News’ Gutfeld! now leads the pack of lefty loser mainstream media shows, gaining the title “King of Late Night” in 2022. Forbes recently shared the following:

…Gutfeld’s late night show ended the first quarter of 2024 as the highest-rated show in all of late-night TV, outperforming CBS’ The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and Late Night with Seth Meyers, ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live and Comedy Central’s The Daily Show, featuring the return (on Monday nights) of Jon Stewart.

In first quarter 2024 ratings, Gutfeld! made history as the highest-rated program among viewers 25-54, the key demographic of younger viewers most valued by advertisers—the first time the show has landed in first place in the key demo.

Clearly, Americans are seeking the truth, and what better way to underscore the truth than with actual comedy that is fresh, intelligent and unafraid of being cancelled. Satire media like The Babylon Bee continues to gain momentum, and the social media platform X has opened the door to a rich landscape of content that the “other guys” (Facebook, Instagram) would surely censor and demonetize. We are thankful that Elon Musk is a huge fan of comedy and loves to share memes! (And, by the way, it has been proven that the Left can’t meme!) 🤣 But, let’s get back to weird.

Origin of the “Weird” Narrative

Turns out the weirdest guy of all, Tim Walz, started this trend. @LibsofTiktok recently posted this incredibly bizarre video of the Minnesota Governor arguing that Republicans are just weird!

Once J.D. Vance was announced as President Trump’s VP running mate, they doubled down on “weird” to describe a successful businessman, husband and father who served in our military. That’s rich, coming from a guy who shakes his wife’s hand to greet her at a recent rally, makes butter carvings, allows his city to burn and lies about his military service. Apparently, these things are “normal” to lefty psychos. It’s even more obvious the Marxist Democrats are using Satan’s playbook of inversion for the win. Make no mistake—they are becoming more afraid as more Americans are waking up to their BS.

So, as they desperately try to amplify their “weird” narrative with the mainstream media journalists and pundits echoing their “weird” talking points, they are becoming an actual mockery of their political party. Whenever they appear in public, it always seems like an SNL skit. They are so full of themselves they fail to see the ridiculous reality of how they appear to anyone with half a brain. Again, the comedy writes itself (Gutfeld really doesn’t have to work too hard!)

Weird Men Create Weird Times

These words of wisdom from author G. Michael Hopf have been making the rounds on social media:

“Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. And, weak men create hard times.”

It appears we are currently in the last phase of “weak men create hard times.” Perhaps the weakest men become the “weird men,” which create the truly weird times we are living through today. (And by “weird men” we include women and non-binary folks, of course!) It appears that this logic is sound, especially when you examine the weirdness of the moment.

Who are the Real Weirdos?

Since an actual, scientific “weirdometer” does not yet exist (that we are aware of), we’ll have to create our own system based on what we believe as conservative Americans. But we need your help. Take a look at the current Presidential candidates and their running mates and vote on whether or not they are weird based on factual information about each one.

Thank you for participating in our Weird vs. Not Weird poll. At the end of the day, we all have some weird qualities, so “weird” should not necessarily be equated with “bad.” However, when it comes to running our country, we believe normalcy should trump weirdness when selecting our leaders. A little weirdness makes us human (who doesn’t adore Trump’s weird little dance he does at his rallies?). But we need a leader who can normalize the insanity our country—actually, the whole world—is experiencing in this weird moment of time.
