Mammoth Nation Important Vendor Onboarding Details

  • Vendors should be politically conservative or neutral and offer top-quality services and products made in America and/or sold by American-owned businesses that are of high interest to our members.
  • Vendors must have a properly functioning website that is not under construction and is easy to navigate.
  • Vendors must not be part of a multi-level marketing company.
  • Vendors must have a stand-alone website presence and fulfillment capabilities – items should not be sold within a community of sellers on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace.
  • All transactions take place on vendor websites. Vendors are responsible for fulfillment, billing, and customer service and should be able to distribute nationwide. The website must clearly show how customers can contact customer service with questions or concerns.
  • Vendors offer our members a discount percentage on goods or services. Discounts to our members should be as good as, or better than, they can find on their own. Averages for this discount are between 10% and 25%.
  • Vendors can either create a discount code for members to access the discount at checkout or provide a link with a discount code embedded within to be included on their Mammoth Nation landing page. The discount code or link can only be viewed by members when they are logged into their Mammoth Nation account.
  • Vendors must be able to track sales made with the discount code or link. An affiliate program can be used for this purpose.
  • A commission/fee percentage amount will be paid to Mammoth Nation for transactions completed by members. Averages for this commission/fee are between 2% and 5%.
  • Vendors need to submit a monthly summary of transactions made by our members. If monthly commission/fees do not reach $50, the amount should be rolled over into the following month until that amount is reached, or at least quarterly.
  • Although optional, many vendors agree to promote Mammoth Nation to their audience. Reciprocal marketing includes announcing our newly formed relationship to the vendor’s customer databases via email, posting announcements on social media platforms, and including information about Mammoth Nation on vendor company websites.
