As many of our retailers are small businesses, every return has a significant impact on their operations and ability to succeed in a competitive market. We kindly ask that you reconsider returning a product, and your understanding for these small Conservative businesses trying to compete with much larger companies.

Our retailers take pride in the products they offer and the relationships they build with their customers. Many of the retailers on our site are small businesses that prioritize traditional values, and they face unique challenges in today’s market. Many of our retailers have reported encountering social media restrictions, shadow banning, and negative publicity for promoting American values, for being Christians, or simply being true to themselves. Every return has a significant impact on their ability to succeed and uphold their principles.

Each product that is not returned allows these vendors to pay their staff, retain more funds to advertise their goods, and avoid the costs in processing a return.

Again, we ask for your consideration before initiating a return, however we understand that there are times when an item doesn’t fit, arrives damaged, or there is some other unavoidable reason to return or replace an item.

The Mammoth Nation general return policy for individual products purchased through our online store is 30 days. However, return policies vary by seller and some only allow for exchanges, store credit, or other variations. Product pages will reflect the return policy for each item. Retailers make the final decision regarding all returns and any refunds based on their return policies. Return shipping is generally not paid for by the shipper or retailer. Products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging and received by the retailer prior to a refund being processed, if applicable.
