Return Policy

Classy Cozy Cool has a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on everything except Gift Cards, Personalized Items, and Clearance Items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for a full refund in the form of Store Credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please remember to send the bag the item came in back with the item. The bag has identifying product information that is helpful when processing your return. Once the item is received back and the return is accepted, a store credit for the full amount minus shipping will be emailed to you. Returns or exchanges on Clearance Items, Personalized Items, and Gift Cards cannot be accepted. A store credit will NOT be issued if you return a clearance item. Exchange Info: The best way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and purchase the new item separately. However, Mammoth Nation Customer Service is happy to help you with your exchange. Initiate a request in Order History on your Mammoth Nation Account Details page. Exchanges are accepted for the same item/style only. If an item does not fit, a different size can be sent if it is available. Exchanging the same item for a different size is free. However, shipping on returns is $6.95, which will be deducted from your store credit refund. Note: Regular-priced and Regular-sale Items are returnable. Items with CLEARANCE in the title (shown on your packing slip) are Final Sale and NOT returnable. Include this information in your request: Order Number Item Number and Description Exchange Item Information if Applicable Holiday Season Return Policy: All orders placed between October 15th and December 15th are eligible for an extended return policy. Orders placed in this time frame will have until January 20th of the following year to complete a return. Any item shipped back to Classy Cozy Cool not postmarked by this date will not be refunded for store credit. Damages and Issues: Please review your order when you receive it and contact Mammoth Nation Customer Service immediately if an item is defective or damaged or the wrong item was received so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact Mammoth Nation Customer Service within three business days of receipt of your order for damaged, missing, or wrong items. In this case, there may be an exception to the refund policy. We may credit your refund back to your original payment in this circumstance. Initiate a request in Order History on your Mammoth Nation Account Details page. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with Mammoth Nation Customer Service with questions or concerns about your item. Refunds: Mammoth Nation Customer Service will notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know if the return was approved or not. Returns that are eligible to be returned (i.e., not on clearance), postmarked within the 30-day return period, and in the original condition with tags attached will be approved and accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit minus a return shipping fee of $6.95. Please allow three business days from when the return is received for notification regarding your store credit. Return items in the original bag bearing the Item Number.
