Return Policy

Taylor Made Organics has a 14-day return policy. You can return items up to 14 days after they arrive. After 14 days, returns cannot be processed. When receiving items, ensure they are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Non-returnable items: Makeup, Samples, and Gift Cards. Items not in their original condition, damaged, used, or missing parts for any reason will not be eligible for a credit. Please keep in mind that Taylor Made Organics products are made in small batches, and slight variations may exist. However, every effort is made to avoid this. Access Order History on your Mammoth Nation Account Details page to initiate a return. Please send your return to: Taylor Made Organics c/o return 13643 South East Side Hwy Port Republic, VA 24471 If you receive an incorrect order, please contact Mammoth Nation Customer Service about your issue immediately upon receipt. Please take a photo of the order received for reference. If you have additions or corrections to your order, please contact Mammoth Nation Customer Service immediately after placing your order. If it has not been processed, every effort will be made to revise the order. REFUND CREDIT (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its status. If your return is approved, your credit will be processed (minus shipping charges), and store credit will automatically be applied to your account. An email will follow with the credit amount and a code to use toward your next order.
