14-Day Returns: You’ve got 14 days from the moment your goodies arrive to decide if they’re a perfect match for your routine. Condition Check: Just make sure the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Missed the Window? If the 14-day period has slipped by, we can't process a return. But we’re still here to help you find something you’ll love. Non-returnable items: makeup, samples and Gift Cards To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, used, or missing parts for any reason will not be eligible for a credit. However, should there be any issue with your order please reach out to us. Incorrect order received? Yep, we are a small business and human. Please contact us immediately upon receipt by sending us a picture of your order to allow us to rectify the error. Additions or corrections to your order? Please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to make any changes if your order has not yet been processed. REFUND CREDIT (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed (minus shipping charges), and store credit will automatically be applied to your account. An email will follow with the credit amount and a code to use towards your next order.
