Return Policy
Simply send a request by email within 7 days of receipt to [email protected]. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. See Below. To Initiate a Routine Return or Exchange: 1. Please email us ([email protected]) within 7 days of receipt of your order requesting the refund/exchange instructions. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2. Include which item/items you want to return! Return Shipping Labels (Defective, Damaged, or Error) -If you need to return a defective, or damaged item, or we made an ERROR fulfilling your item, you’ll be provided postage for return or exchange in advance, at no charge. -Please be prepared to provide pictures of the item. -All others, will have the cost of the postage deducted from the refund. Return request with more than one item to be refunded, may or may not have more than one return postage label. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud. Important Notes for the Intimates Collection Page..... 1. Swimsuits, Hosiery, Socks, Bodysuits, Bloomers, Teddie Lingerie, BabyDoll Lingerie, Leggings/Leg Warmers, Items that come WITH underwear, Corset with Panty Sets, may NOT be returned or exchanged; 2. Items WITHOUT matching underwear; Robes, Negligee Robes/Gowns WITHOUT matching underwear, Kimonos, Slips, Corsets WITHOUT matching underwear, Lounging Outfits, Sarongs, Beach Dusters, and Beach Cover-Up Tops MAY be exchanged or returned, unused with original tags/packaging. Important Notes for the On Sale Collection Page, AKA "Last Ones"..... As of July 01 2023, All sales are final from within the "On Sale Collection" page. Found in the site menu, "On Sale" "Last Ones." Items marked "On Sale" and/or "Last Ones" are NON-REFUNDABLE, but are exchangeable -IF- an exchangeable variant exist. The shipping cost for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility. Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity if any. Any products returned without their original packaging and documentation will be rejected. Once the item is received at our store -and/or- our Vendor, it takes 2 - 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3 -7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Return request with more than one item to be refunded, may or may not have more than one return postage label.
