Grade: Chicago Steak Company only offers upper one-third USDA Choice and USDA Prime steaks – the top 2-3% of beef in the US.
Hand Selection & Hand Cut: we carefully select our beef from the top of the grade to ensure we are delivering on our promise of excellence.
Aging: this is a process that breaks down a steak and makes it more tender and flavorful. We offer both wet and dry aging steaks and age a minimum of 4-6 weeks
Individual Registration: each order is individually registered with its own unique registration number – guaranteeing uncompromising quality.
