Rodney doesn't believe in mass production and automated equipment to make his high-quality, custom-made felt hats. As a matter of fact, he makes one hat at a time, and most of his equipment dates back over 100 years. We have customers from all over the world who order our hats from us. Many customers return for their second or third hat. Cowboy hats are our most popular but Rodney has made many replica hats for customer's choice of hat style.
