We offer full QuickBooks certified Pro resources for businesses with up to 100 employees and contractors. We are experienced in supporting construction, trades (HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical), manufacturing, retail sales, and law offices.
For QuickBooks users: Banking, cash flow, fixed asset tracking (including filing property tax assessments where required), reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, sales tax reporting, month-end adjusting journals, and we can produce financial statements.
For non-QuickBooks users: Weekly, monthly, or quarterly Excel financial updates for all transactions. You will receive all financial statements based on the level of service agreement.
In addition to QuickBooks support, we provide a basic training program for company owners. You work hard to care for your customers but never learned how to use Microsoft Office extensively. Let our Certified Microsoft staff and former professional educators help you learn to use these powerful tools. This is especially useful to learn how to read non-QuickBooks financial reports.
HUD-certified payroll for construction companies engaged in HUD programs. You do excellent and high-quality work — let us help keep you compliant with reporting requirements. When hired to handle payroll, we will submit weekly certified HUD payroll reports to the appropriate agency. We can work with your existing payroll provider or build a new payroll system to fit your needs.
